It´s important to put everything into perspective and realise that we have a lot to be thankful or grateful for. Writing these things down helps us to focus on the positive aspects of our lives. This can improve our mental health in difficult times.
All you have to do is:
Find a journal or notebook
Every day, write down 3 things that you are grateful for.
Examples:
I´m grateful for the delicious breakfast I had this morning
I´m grateful for the lovely conversation with my two friends today
I´m grateful for the beautiful view from my window today
