Doing exercise in the morning has multiple benefits; for your brain and your mood as well as your general physical health.
Try this simple routine in the morning before school and you will experience the benefits of improved concentration and a more positive outlook. And that´s just the beginning.
Spend just 20 seconds on each exercise. The whole routine will be 5 minutes.
Exercise 1: Elbows to opposite knees
Exercise 2: Opposite hand to opposite foot
Exercise 3: High Knees
Exercise 4: Heel Flicks
Exercise 5: Mountain Climbers
Exercise 6: Side Stretches
Exercise 7: Squat Punches
Exercise 8: Jumping Jacks
Exercise 9: Crunches: elbows to opposite knees
Exercise 10: Squat Jumps
